How to make a reservation, step by step

When making a reservation, it helps to have the following information ready:

• Game format. The Poker Room offers cash games and tournaments. These are very different experiences: in a cash game you can join and leave whenever you like; in a tournament you commit to a specific format and schedule. If tournaments interest you, check the calendar on the Tournaments page before you call.
• Number of players. If you are coming as a group, let them know in advance so they can seat everyone at the same table or at nearby tables.
• Arrival time. Poker rooms manage rotating waiting lists. If you arrive late for your reservation, you may lose your spot.

What to expect when you arrive

The Lounge is located in Zona T, on Calle 81, one of the most accessible areas in Bogotá for private vehicles and ride-hailing apps. Parking in the area is plentiful, though demand rises on Friday nights.

When you walk in, the floor staff will assign you an available seat or add you to the waiting list if all seats are taken. Tables run on casino chips — no cash on the felt. The cashier is inside the venue.

Two rules worth knowing before you sit down:
