How to earn N1VEL points: all the ways to unlock benefits
The N1VEL program is The Lounge Casino’s loyalty club, and understanding how it works is the difference between fully using it or leaving benefits on the table. Three tiers — ORO, PLATINO and NOIR — with benefits that scale based on the time you accumulate at the casino. This guide covers how points are earned in each type of game, what each tier offers, and how to move up consistently.
Exact thresholds, accumulation rates, and tier benefits update periodically. For current numbers, always check the official N1VEL page — that’s where we maintain the authoritative version.
The three tiers
N1VEL progression runs from entry to elite:
- ORO — the entry tier. Active from your first visit.
- PLATINO — the mid tier. Reached through consistent accumulated play time.
- NOIR — the destination tier. Most exclusive, with the most personalized experience.
Progression is automatic: when you hit the hour threshold for the next tier, the system registers the change and new benefits activate on your next visit.
How points accumulate by game
N1VEL uses three calculation methods, one per type of casino activity. Each method is designed to faithfully reflect real player activity.
At the poker room (cash games)
Accumulation is direct: points per hour of play at a cash game table. The rate scales with your tier — higher tiers earn more points per hour, so moving up accelerates all your future progression.
Tracking is automatic when poker room staff seat you with your N1VEL card. If you play without presenting the card, points don’t register — ask staff to add them when you sit down.
Exact per-tier rates are posted on the N1VEL page and at the poker room reception.
At table games (blackjack, baccarat, UTH, roulette)
Here the calculation is different: points based on session theoretical loss. Theoretical loss is a standard casino metric that estimates, based on amount wagered and the game’s mathematical edge, the expected activity level of an average player in that session.
Don’t worry about the name — it doesn’t mean you’re losing money. It means the more you play (more hands, more wagers), the more points accumulate, regardless of whether you win or lose that specific session.
Applies to all tables: blackjack, blackjack loco, baccarat, ultimate Texas Hold’em and digital roulette.
At slots
Slot machines accumulate points based on total coin-in — total wagered during your session. Each machine automatically tracks activity when you insert your N1VEL card in the reader.
Important: insert your card before starting to play. If you play without the card inserted, wagers don’t register. The card comes out when you finish your session.
Practices that accelerate progression
Some practices that help move up tiers faster:
Always register your sessions. Present your N1VEL card when you sit, when opening blackjack play, when inserting at a machine. Unregistered points are lost points.
Consolidate sessions. Two longer sessions earn the same as four shorter ones if you play the same total, but longer sessions tend to be more productive in terms of experience and focus.
Distribute across game types. If you only play poker, accumulation is predictable (points per hour). Mixing poker with tables or slots can produce higher accumulation in intense sessions.
Take advantage of the multiplier effect. Higher tiers earn at higher rates per hour in poker. Moving up quickly early on accelerates everything that follows.
Check your status at the cashier. You can ask for your accumulated hours at the cashier to know how far you are from the next tier. Helps plan sessions.
What you receive at each tier
Each tier adds benefits on top of the one below. The complete and current benefit list per tier is maintained on the official N1VEL page. In general terms:
ORO is the program’s foundation. Active from your first visit, it includes point accumulation and access to club benefits like discounts and exclusive program tournaments.
PLATINO adds recurring benefits designed for the frequent player — facilities that pay their value session after session, like valet parking and special event access.
NOIR is the destination tier. It brings personalization where the casino adapts to the individual player, with direct contact and access to experiences that aren’t public.
The program makes sense when casino visits are entertainment you enjoy — never when they start feeling like an obligation.
How to register
N1VEL registration is free and done at casino reception at Calle 81 #12-70. You only need your ID (national ID or passport). The process takes a few minutes and you receive your card immediately. From that moment, any activity tracked with your card earns points.
